This Refund and Return Policy governs payments made to LEMOSOMC Global Enterprises for consulting services, tax preparation, business development, grant assistance, real estate acquisition services, digital products, workshops, and notary services. By purchasing services from LEMOSOMC, you agree to the terms described below.
All fees paid for consulting, coaching, tax preparation, grant assistance, real estate services, or notary services are non-refundable, as these services involve time, expertise, and resources allocated immediately upon engagement. Digital products, documents, downloads, and training materials are non-refundable due to the nature of electronic delivery and immediate access.
If a scheduling conflict arises, service appointments may be rescheduled, but no refunds will be issued once work has begun. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, documentation, and communication necessary for service completion. Failure to provide required information does not qualify for a refund under any circumstance.
Tax preparation fees remain non-refundable once documentation has been reviewed or tax work has begun, even if the client chooses not to file through LEMOSOMC. Fees for Tax Advance Loan applications are determined by our tax processing partner and are not controlled by LEMOSOMC.
If LEMOSOMC is unable to deliver a service due to internal circumstances, we reserve the right to issue a partial credit or reschedule the service at our discretion. Refund decisions, if any, are made solely by LEMOSOMC and are final.
